Wear resistant rubber and ceramic liners
Aluminum oxide ceramics Al2O3 has a very high wear resistance; on hardness scale it can be placed right after diamond. To withstand shocks while operating, ceramic liners are vulcanized into a quality rubber keeping the liners together and smoothing out shocks.
Vulcanized in this way, the liners have a high wear resistance, reduce expenses and operating delays, have excellent sliding features and reduce the noise up to 50 db. Such liners can be glued directly onto a metal surface on the spot. Or they can be delivered after being vulcanized on a metal liner to be screwed.
Standard available sizes:
- 380 x 380 x 20 mm (12 mm of ceramics per 8 mm of rubber)
